A friend of ours wants to come and talk Greek to us this Wednesday. Here’s the prospectus:

Join us this Wednesday for a Very Special Halloween Episode of Magical Bastards as Saint Shut-the-Fuck-Up Friday provides just enough grounding in Classical Greek to be able to transliterate material from the Greek Magical Papyri. Much like the last time you learned the alphabet, there will be cookies and juice boxes, and you are strongly encouraged to wear your Halloween costume to class.

(Saint STFUF has also promised that sticking around until the end means you’ll get to learn bizarrely specific swears.)
